Google Document Leaked by New Employee
Ever wonder what Google really thinks of spam. You can always check the Google Webmaster Guidelines, but this internal document has some very detailed information and instructions to Google Analyst strictly dictating of how to flag websites as “spam, possible spam or content’.
There is a wealth of information in this pdf and it’s about as close as you’re going to get to being a fly on a Google Engineer’s white board.
There is quite a bit of information and I highly suggest that everybody that has a vested interest online should give this a good once-through.
